Chopped, boiled, fried and mixed; vegetables are a steady presence in all of our lives. Almost ritually, they have a set place on our plates from the very first day we try solid foods.
But although we interact with vegetables on a daily basis, rarely do we stop to actually see them in detail.
With this project, I’m hoping to show a different and surprising side of vegetables, and bring out the intricate shapes and textures that makes every vegetable unique and special.
